6. Once you have begun these sciatica exercises, and your pain is
under control, then you may want to add in other forms of exercise, but do this
slowly and pay attention if you have a
sudden increase in your symptoms. If that happens then back off a little, wait a few days and
try it again, if you are comfortable doing so.
7. What about Yoga, Pilate's and the Gym? There are so many different types
